Classes will be held at 1824 Spring Street, #207, unless designated as Zoom classes. Zoom classes are available for students with at least 3 months of experience with Iyengar Yoga. Zoom students must have available a full set of props: 1 mat, 3 blankets, 1 belt, 2 blocks, 1 bolster, 1 folding chair or appropriate substitute. To request Zoom links, email Constance.
Props will be provided for students attending in person. If you prefer, you are welcome to bring your own. Thin, foldable mats are best for Iyengar Yoga practice, but thicker mats are acceptable.
PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY for in-person classes.
