HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
Students new to the Iyengar system must sign up for the entire 14-week session, at Level 1, or at 50+. Level 2 students may sign up for the whole session, or drop in as desired. This applies to both in-person and Zoom students. You’ll register for the class or classes you are most likely to attend, and make up the classes you have to miss.
Yoga is practiced with bare feet. Please wear shorts or tights. (Baggy pants and bell-bottoms obscure your view, and the teacher’s view, of your knees and ankles, and make correction of alignment difficult or impossible.) Come with an empty stomach, or eat lightly no less than two hours before the class.
Download the registration form and mail in your registration, or bring it to your first day of class. We accept cash or checks.
WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING PAYMENTS THROUGH PAYPAL. Go to the ▸ ▸ ▸ payment page to pay through PayPal for your classes. For all Winter/Spring Session classes pay online by selecting the appropriate class and fee. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this as there is a credit/debit button that let’s you use your credit card and PayPal securely processes the transaction.
For the December Session classes please pay by check or cash at time of class. Or pay online by selecting the appropriate number of classes and the amount in the dropdown navigation. For all classes, please fill out the registration form and bring it to the first class.
